Terms of Use

Last updated 20 October 2026

By using Yapifying you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What Yapifying is

Yapifying gives you a topic, a short guide, and a timer so you can practise speaking. It is a practice tool. It is not professional training, and we do not promise any particular result.

Using it

  • Use Yapifying for your own practice and lawful purposes only.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not use it to harass or harm anyone.

Content

The guides, topics, design and name are ours or used with permission. You may use them for personal practice and share links to the site. You may not copy and republish them as your own product. The guides are written to help you think and speak. They may contain mistakes, so check facts you plan to rely on.

Your recordings

Recordings you make stay on your device. You are responsible for what you record and for any people who appear in it.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after a change means you accept it. The date above shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
